The only thing tho is, when I went to pick up my car there was a dent in there and Nora quickly informed the manager who promised to fix it by their mechanic. Nora truly is the best- Although I have not bought a vehicle from them yet because I've been dealing with some personal stuff of my own, she has been working with me over the phone and through text messages for the past few weeks. She has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Nora has been nothing but extremely professional and responsive and understandable and hasn't pushed me into anything I'm not comfortable with. I will be referring friends to her. She is such a lovely lady and I am happy to do business with her in the future.
